How to build a website?

I am using Dreamhost. I already secured a Domain name, but im confused as to what is next. does dream Host have web designs that i will plug stuff in once i purchase a web plan? or do i need software? I am a photographer so i need the best website possible for this with multiple pages. Not sure if dream host does this or not.

You make the pages. The web site doesn’t supply them although you may be supplied with templates you can select from that match the theme you are after. With paid Hosting, look through the cPanel. There will be many apps you can install icluding free photo galleries.
